After working as a program director for educational programs at a video production company, she is now mainly involved in planning and directing videos for advertisements and music videos. She specializes in cute and friendly videos, making use of her experience as a director of children's programs.

女子美術大学デザイン学科卒。映像制作会社で NHK E テレの番組ディレクターを経て、 現在は広告やMVを中心とした映像の企画・演出を手掛ける。 子供向け番組のディレクター経験を活かした、親しみやすい映像を得意とする。 映像ユニット YO-YO- としても活動中。ルミネミーツアートアワード 2017 入賞。 映像作家 100 人 2020 選出。
